• The received product is completely different from the approved design

Customers must report any issue within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the parcel.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All resin products are handmade, which means slight variations are normal and expected. Minor differences in:

• Color shades

• Resin flow patterns

• Flower placement

• Glitter or decorative elements

• Texture or finishing

do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized, personalized, and flower preservation orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable because they are specially made for each customer.

Repair Policy

If a product issue can be repaired, a repair solution may be offered instead of a replacement or refund.

Damage During Use

We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to mishandling, dropping, heat exposure, water damage, or improper care.
